As Arsenal works on finding out where the transmitters on the windows and doors are broadcasting to, the other Team Arrow members are attempting to subdue the Duke of Oil, a Texan cyborg gone mad. Every trick they use doesn't seem to work until Green Arrow finally manages to hit him where his brain presumably is.
Back in the bank, Arsenal has herded the hostages into the vault and works on deactivating the massive bomb. Meanwhile, Drakon deactivates the sensors and allows the hostages to leave. While Roy attempts to deactivate the bomb, Drakon decides to just blow it up with Roy inside. |
